Learn More About:
Sessions are offered in-person as well as by telephone, email, video, and in combinations. Many clients, especially those who are elderly or living with chronic illness, can have difficulty accessing care and support services. Offering alternatives to the traditional in-person model makes counseling, therapy, and support more accessible. We also offer sessions in the evenings and on weekends to accommodate busy schedules.
Visit our Ambient Soundscapes & Library where you can listen to and download guided meditations, sounds of nature, mindfulness teachings, world music, & more.
