MA, ME, & VT
Individual Sessions
All initial individual sessions must be conducted via telephone or video. The first session is typically 90 minutes (billed at the 60 minute rate.) Subsequent sessions can be scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes.

Individual Session Rates
- $125 for one 60-minute individual session
- $185 for one 90-minute individual session
NOTE: email sessions are synchronous and are timed and scheduled in the same way that telephone and video sessions are timed and scheduled..

Insurance
We do not currently bill insurance companies. Contact us to discuss reduced rates & need-based options..

Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. We do understand this may not always be possible. Clients may be charged a fee, at the therapist’s discretion, up to the full session price for a missed or cancelled session if less than 2 hours advance notice is provided..
